When will my wines be selected?Updated 8 months ago

To make sure we know exactly the wines we have available and which wines you can choose for your box, we make all recommendations 4 days before your billing day. This means we always have an accurate understanding of our stock levels so we don't disappoint you by running out.

We'll send you an email with your recommendations in the morning we select them. You'll then have four days to cancel the box if you choose. And we've made it possible to make any changes to your wine selection up until when we start packing in the morning after your billing.

Also, we'll make your billing day the same day of the month that you originally signed up, but if you'd like to swap this to a more convenient day each month then you can do this any time from Settings.
